Node failure via unbounded HTTP metric creation

Resource exhaustion in Couchbase Server 7.0.0 through 7.0.3 allows remote attackers to crash a node via unauthenticated REST requests. The cluster manager creates a new metric for every previously unseen HTTP request without limiting metric cardinality, consuming memory and disk. Sustained unauthenticated requests are required to exhaust resources; the documented consequence is failure of the targeted node.
