Root shell escape via Python environment variables

Privilege escalation in affected Purity//FA and Purity//FB releases allows remote authenticated users to obtain root privileges. The restricted shell fails to neutralize manipulated Python environment variables before invoking Python, allowing interpreter startup behavior to open an unrestricted shell. A valid logged-in account is required; successful exploitation converts restricted shell access into an unrestricted root shell on the storage appliance.
