Unauthenticated code execution via fragment offset miscalculation

Buffer overflow in Schneider Electric IGSS Data Server before 15.0.0.22170 allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary code. Opcode 1 request reassembly trusts an attacker-controlled item count, then uses it to calculate the memcpy destination when appending a fragment, writing beyond the allocated message buffer. Authentication is not required; a crafted sequence sent to TCP port 12401 can corrupt the server process and enable code execution in its context.
