Authenticated SQL injection via unsanitized publish_link parameter

SQL injection in Adenion GmbH Blog2Social before 6.9.10 allows remote authenticated users to read and alter WordPress database data. The b2s_update_approve_post AJAX action inserts the publish_link parameter into an SQL update without sanitization or escaping, so injected subqueries can write query results into wp_b2s_posts. Subscriber access, a valid dashboard nonce, and at least one wp_b2s_posts row are required; the published proof reads registered email addresses and overwrites post data.
