Unauthenticated code execution via unfiltered file upload
Published Jul 5, 2022 · Updated Aug 3, 2024
Arbitrary file upload in bihell Dice 4.2.0 allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary code by submitting a crafted file. The file-upload logic writes supplied files directly to the server without filtering their type or content, leaving executable material reachable. No authentication or user interaction is required, and successful exploitation runs attacker-controlled code on the Dice server.
