Authenticated database-name disclosure via injectable timetable ID
Published Jun 15, 2022 · Updated Aug 3, 2024
SQL injection in itsourcecode Advanced School Management System 1.0 allows remote authenticated users to read database metadata through the id parameter. The get_exam_timetable.php endpoint processes id as injectable SQL, so a UNION payload changes the query and returns the current database name. The published request uses a Super Admin session, and the demonstrated consequence is limited to database-name disclosure.
