Database disclosure via injectable classroom identifier
Published Jun 15, 2022 · Updated Aug 3, 2024
SQL injection in itsourcecode Advanced School Management System 1.0 allows remote authenticated users to read database data via a crafted id. The get_classroom.php endpoint accepts the id parameter as SQL syntax, allowing a UNION payload to alter the classroom query and return selected database values. A valid Super Admin session is required, and the published demonstration extracts the database name through the vulnerable response.
