Database disclosure via injectable patient identifier

SQL injection in Hospital's Patient Records Management System 1.0 allows remote authenticated users to read database data via a patient id parameter. The patient-view route incorporates the id query parameter into an SQL statement without neutralizing SQL syntax, allowing a UNION payload to alter the query and return the database name. Access requires an authenticated administrator session; the published proof of concept demonstrates database-name disclosure through the page response.
