Database disclosure via unneutralized doctor identifier

SQL injection in Hospital's Patient Records Management System 1.0 allows remote authenticated users to read database data via a crafted doctor id. The manage_doctor.php endpoint passes the id query parameter into a SQL query without neutralizing SQL syntax; a UNION SELECT value returns injected-query results in the page. A valid backend session is required, and the published request demonstrates disclosure of the current database name rather than code execution or host compromise.
