Authenticated database disclosure via category identifier SQL injection
Published Jun 14, 2022 · Updated Aug 3, 2024
SQL injection in Fast Food Ordering System 1.0 allows remote authenticated users to infer database data through a crafted category id. The manage_category.php endpoint accepts SQL syntax in the id parameter, and response-length differences expose database-query predicate results. Access to the management-only category function and a valid session are required; the demonstrated attack extracts database information one condition at a time.
