Authenticated database disclosure via unsanitized menu ID
Published Jun 14, 2022 · Updated Aug 3, 2024
SQL injection in Fast Food Ordering System 1.0 allows remote authenticated users to read database data through a crafted menu ID. The delete_menu action in classes/Master.php incorporates the POST id value into a database query without neutralizing SQL syntax, allowing an error-based updatexml payload to execute an injected SELECT. The proof request uses an active PHP session and an admin-page referrer, and the demonstrated result is disclosure of the database name.
