Notification disabling via state-changing GET request

Cross-site request forgery in Rdiffweb before 2.4.6 allows remote attackers to disable a user's backup notifications through a crafted URL. The notification preferences controller invokes _handle_set_notification_info when a GET parameter selects set_notification_info, causing a state change without requiring POST. A user must be signed in when the browser submits the cross-site request, and the demonstrated consequence is modification of that user's notification settings.
