Crash via uninitialized JPEG input callback

Out-of-bounds read in jpegoptim 1.4.7 allows remote attackers to crash the utility by inducing a user to process a crafted JPEG file. The custom JPEG source manager leaves skip_input_data uninitialized, causing libjpeg to read outside valid memory while skipping crafted input data. Execution requires a user to process an attacker-supplied image; the demonstrated consequence is a jpegoptim process crash, with no reported data disclosure or code execution.
