User and repository deletion via forged requests

Cross-site request forgery in IKUS Software Rdiffweb before 2.4.5 allows remote attackers to delete repositories and users. The user- and repository-deletion controllers process state-changing requests without consistently requiring submitted, validated forms; the patch adds submission checks and rejects GET deletion requests. A logged-in administrator or maintainer must be induced to load attacker-controlled content, and successful exploitation removes configured users or backup repositories.
