Cross-site scripting in uBlock Origin before 1.41.1 allows remote attackers to execute code through a compromised Chrome renderer. vAPI.messaging.onPortConnect trusts spoofable MessageSender.url data to classify a port as privileged, letting the renderer invoke sensitive extension messages. Exploitation requires prior renderer compromise and can change extension settings and inject a custom filter that executes script in visited pages.
