Use of insufficiently random values in Yokogawa VI461 firmware R12 and earlier allows remote attackers to stop WAC Router functions. Yokogawa identifies malformed packet handling as the trigger but does not disclose the deficient random value, packet field, or processing locus. An unauthenticated network sender can interrupt router functions, while no confidentiality or integrity consequence is reported.
