Account takeover via accepted password hashes

Improper authentication in WWBN AVideo 11.6 and dev commit 3f7c0364 allows remote authenticated users to hijack accounts with password hashes. User::login passes the encodedPass flag into encryptPasswordVerify, which accepts the supplied password when it exactly equals the stored database hash. Exploitation requires a username and its database password hash; successful login grants that account's privileges, including administrator access for an administrator hash.
