TCP interruption via misbounded retransmission timer

Denial of service in FreeBSD before 7.0 allows remote attackers to stall TCP connections by supplying crafted TCP timestamp options. The TCPT_RANGESET macro in sys/netinet/tcp_timer.h uses an else-if clamp, so a minimum above the maximum leaves an excessive retransmission timeout. No authentication or user interaction is required; the resulting timer can defer retransmission for days and interrupt the affected TCP connection.
