Improper access control in SAP BusinessObjects BI Platform Commentary DB 420 and 430 allows remote authenticated users to read and alter system data. SAP has not disclosed the vulnerable request, function, or access-control operation that permits the Commentary database access. Exploitation requires a CMS administrator on the same physical or logical network; it exposes non-personal system data and permits modification without interrupting service.
