Code execution via inspector DNS rebinding

DNS rebinding in Node.js 14.x before 14.20.1, 16.x before 16.17.1, and 18.x before 18.9.1 allows remote attackers to execute code. The inspector's IsAllowedHost check relies on IsIPAddress, which treats malformed IPv4 hosts as non-IP names and permits browser DNS resolution. Exploitation requires an active inspector and an attacker-controlled or spoofed DNS response that rebinds the victim's browser to the WebSocket debugger.
