Local denial of service via NULL pointer dereference

NULL pointer dereference in libjpeg 1.63 allows local users to interrupt image processing via a crafted JPEG file. LineBuffer::FetchRegion dereferences a missing scan-line buffer when reconstruction finds no valid scan and no data is available, causing a process crash. The attack requires local execution of the libjpeg decoder and user-supplied malformed image input; impact is limited to service interruption of the affected process.
