Service hang via compressed signature expansion

Denial of service in GnuPG allows local users to hang key or signature processing with a crafted compressed OpenPGP object. GnuPG's import and detached-signature paths decompress compressed packets and then parse thousands of repeated signatures from a few kilobytes of input. A local invocation or integrating application must process the object; the affected process can consume over a minute of CPU time, without reported confidentiality or integrity impact.
