Application crash via unchecked Gob buffer lengths

Improper input validation in Go standard library math/big before 1.17.13 and 1.18.0 through 1.18.4 allows remote attackers to crash applications. Float.GobDecode and Rat.GobDecode index undersized byte slices before validating header and length fields, causing a runtime panic. Exploitation requires an application to pass attacker-controlled Gob data to either decoder; the observed consequence is process termination, not data access or modification.
