Improper length handling in CODESYS Runtime Toolkit and PLCWinNT before 2.4.7.57 allows remote authenticated users to interrupt service. The communication server accepts an inconsistent length for structured request data, causing an internal buffer over-read. Exploitation requires a successful controller login unless no level 1 online password is configured, and the reported consequence is denial of service only.
