Unauthenticated code execution via hard-coded bearer authorization

Hard-coded credentials in Delta Electronics DIAEnergie before 1.9.03.009 allow remote attackers to execute code through its web service. The web service accepts an embedded bearer authorization value when processing requests, letting executable files be uploaded into server directories. No authentication or user interaction is required; successful uploads execute code on the DIAEnergie host.
