Process crash via exception-position parser over-read

Out-of-bounds read in JerryScript 2.4.0 exception printing allows context-dependent attackers to crash the process via crafted JavaScript. jerryx_print_unhandled_exception advances beyond an exception-position string and passes the invalid pointer to strtol. The input must execute locally and reach unhandled-exception formatting; the demonstrated consequence is an AddressSanitizer-detected abort.
