Victim-browser script execution via active SVG uploads

Stored XSS in osTicket Plugins Storage-FS allows remote authenticated users to execute scripts when another user opens a crafted image. The plugin stores attacker-supplied SVG markup disguised as a JPG in a web-accessible upload directory, and the server returns active SVG content without neutralizing embedded scripts. An attacker needs file-upload access and a victim must open the stored image; execution occurs in the victim's browser under the osTicket origin.
