Unauthenticated root shell via reboot-restored Telnet credentials

Hidden functionality in ORing IAP-420 firmware 2.0m allows remote attackers to obtain a root shell through Telnet over LAN or Wi-Fi. Its startup script creates the root account, assigns a hardcoded password, and launches telnetd; each reboot restores that password and service. Network reachability to TCP port 23 is sufficient for administrative command execution, exposing device configuration and connected industrial networks.
