Database disclosure via injectable respondent type identifier
Published Jun 1, 2022 · Updated Aug 3, 2024
SQL injection in Rescue Dispatch Management System 1.0 lets remote authenticated users infer database contents through a crafted id parameter. The respondent-type view endpoint treats SQL metacharacters in the id value as query syntax and exposes query truth through response-length differences. Exploitation requires a valid administrative session; the demonstrated consequence is blind extraction of database information.
