Application crash via unhandled oversized allocation

Denial of service in Notepad++ 8.4.3 and earlier allows context-dependent attackers to crash the application via two crafted files. Notepad_plus::addHotSpot allocates a TCHAR buffer from an attacker-influenced span length, and an oversized request raises an unhandled std::bad_alloc. A user must open both files in 32-bit Notepad++; the reported consequence is an application crash, with no demonstrated code execution.
