Browser script execution via visitor message reflection
Published Jun 29, 2022 · Updated Jul 9, 2026
Reflected XSS in SourceCodester Zoo Management System 1.0 allows remote attackers to execute script in a visitor's browser. The public_html/register_visitor page reflects the msg query parameter into its generated response without neutralizing executable markup. Exploitation requires a visitor to follow a crafted link, after which the script runs in that visitor's browser context and can read or modify page-accessible data.
