Session hijacking via retained preauthentication cookie

Session fixation in osTicket 1.16.2 and earlier allows remote attackers to hijack agent or user sessions after victim login. The login methods in include/class.auth.php retain an attacker-chosen OSTSESSID cookie instead of invalidating it and issuing a new session identifier after authentication. An attacker must first set or learn the victim's preauthentication session value and then wait for the victim to authenticate through either login interface.
