Authenticated API-key deletion via missing ownership checks
Published Jun 28, 2022 · Updated Aug 3, 2024
Improper access control in Marval MSM 14.19.0.12476 allows remote authenticated users to delete other users' API keys. The API-key management interface accepts a low-privilege user's deletion request for keys belonging to other accounts without enforcing ownership or administrative authorization. Any low-privilege account can revoke API access for high-privilege and Administrator accounts without exposing key values.
