Local application-lock bypass via Duo SMS path

Improper access control in Devolutions Remote Desktop Manager 2022.2.14 and earlier allows local users to bypass its application lock. The Duo SMS two-factor path does not enforce the application lock; Devolutions has not disclosed the underlying code-level error. A locally authenticated user and a Duo SMS application-lock configuration are required, after which the lock no longer restricts application access.
