Insufficient logic-authenticity verification in Phoenix Contact classic line controllers allows remote attackers to upload malicious logic. The ProConOS/ProConOS eCLR runtime accepts downloaded control logic without checking its integrity or authenticity before use. No authentication or user interaction is required; network access to the controller is sufficient to replace its logic and gain full device control.
