Heap over-read via unterminated UTF-16 Xtra data

Buffer over-read in GPAC before 2.1.0-DEV allows context-dependent attackers to read beyond a heap buffer via a crafted Xtra box. xtra_box_read allocates only two trailing bytes for an odd-length UTF-16 property, so gf_utf8_wcslen consumes a two-byte unit past the allocation. Processing the file with MP4Box's -diso option triggers the read; the published proof of concept demonstrates sanitizer termination, not code execution.
