Lock-screen bypass in affected HarmonyOS and EMUI releases allows remote attackers to expose or alter data through carrier USSD dialogs. The carrier-customized USSD service displays an interactive dialog while the device screen remains locked instead of enforcing the lock-screen access boundary. The flaw requires a carrier-customized USSD service and affects HarmonyOS 2.0 and EMUI 10.1.0, 10.1.1, 11.0.0, and 12.0.0; Huawei has not disclosed further implementation detail.
