Format string injection in Huawei HarmonyOS 2.0 and EMUI 10.1.0 through 12.0.0 allows remote attackers to interrupt service. The voice wakeup module treats externally controlled text as a formatting template instead of ordinary data, allowing format directives to disrupt processing. Network reachability without authentication or user interaction is sufficient, and the documented consequence is limited to availability.
