Stack-trace disclosure via development error handling

Information disclosure in Rdiffweb before 2.4.2 allows remote attackers to read stack traces through HTTP error responses. The server startup path selected CherryPy's development environment from the debug setting, so default error-page handling returned exception tracebacks to clients. Unauthenticated network access and a request that reaches an error path are sufficient; the reported impact is limited to information exposed in the traceback.
