Session cookie disclosure via missing Secure flag

Missing cookie protection in Rdiffweb before 2.4.2 allows remote attackers to read session cookies sent over unencrypted HTTP. The secure-headers response hook sets SameSite on session_id but, before the patch, never marks that cookie Secure when CherryPy identifies an HTTPS request. Network visibility of an HTTP request carrying the cookie is required; exposure is limited to the affected user's authenticated session.
