Arbitrary website redirects via malformed logout parameters

Open redirect in OpenAM Consortium Edition 14.0.0 allows remote attackers to send users to arbitrary websites through crafted logout URLs. The logout flow accepts a malformed redirect parameter and returns an external destination without limiting it to a trusted origin. A victim must follow the crafted URL; the resulting navigation supports phishing, but no direct server-side compromise is reported.
