Authentication bypass via unintended application port

Authentication bypass in Cloud Foundry Diego 2.55.0 through 2.69.0 and CF Deployment 17.1 through 23.2.0 allows remote attackers to access apps. A second programmatically generated application port on Diego cells accepts ingress without checking for the client certificate required by the mTLS proxy port. The bypass affects deployments only when mTLS route integrity is enabled and unproxied port mappings are disabled; access is limited to whatever the exposed application permits.
