Command injection in VMware Aria Operations for Networks 6.2 through 6.7 allows remote attackers to execute OS commands through its REST API. VMware has not disclosed the affected endpoint or parameter, or how the REST API passes untrusted input to a command interpreter. Network access to the API is sufficient, with no authentication or user interaction required, allowing commands to run on the appliance.
