Authorization bypass via once-per-request dispatcher filtering

Incorrect authorization in Spring Security 5.6.0 through 5.6.8 and 5.7.0 through 5.7.4 allows remote attackers to access restricted endpoints. AuthorizationFilter applies once-per-request behavior when a request is later forwarded or included, so the new dispatch skips the configured authorization decision. Exploitation requires the documented filter-chain settings, all-dispatcher filtering, and a forward or include into a higher-privilege endpoint.
