Privilege escalation via reused unapproved OAuth2 scopes

Privilege escalation in Spring Security 5.7.0 through 5.7.4 and 5.6.8 and earlier allows attackers to gain unauthorized scope-based access. The OAuth2 client reuses scopes from a browser-modifiable authorization request when a token response omits or empties scope, mapping unapproved values into SCOPE_ authorities. Exploitation requires a Login Client whose rules rely on SCOPE_ authorities and a registered authorization server that returns no scopes; resource-server-only deployments are not exposed.
