Process crash via malformed AIFF resampling parameters

Reachable assertion in SoX 14.4.2 allows context-dependent attackers to crash audio processing with a crafted AIFF file. The AIFF parser accepts an implausibly large channel count and a NaN sample rate, yielding a nonpositive resampling factor that triggers the factor > 0 assertion in rate_init. Processing the malicious file is required; the resulting abort interrupts only the SoX process, with no reported confidentiality or integrity impact.
