Arbitrary file deletion via symlinked DataFolder

Link following in Docker Desktop before 4.6.0 on Windows allows local users to delete arbitrary files through a backend API. The hyperv/destroy dockerBackendV2 endpoint treats the caller-controlled DataFolder as a deletion target without rejecting a symlink, so cleanup follows the link to another file. A low-privileged local user who can invoke the API and place the symlink can remove files accessible to the privileged backend, causing data loss or service interruption.
