SMM code execution via unchecked WStringCopy writes

SMM memory corruption in HP PC BIOS allows local users with privileged DXE-phase code execution to run arbitrary code in System Management Mode. The child software SMI handler invokes WStringCopy repeatedly without validating attacker-controlled data, enabling out-of-bounds writes into SMRAM. Exploitation requires code execution during the DXE phase and can elevate firmware execution into SMM, enabling persistent BIOS modification.
