Backup hang via unreleased worker-thread mutex

Deadlock in MariaBackup in MariaDB Server before 10.7 allows local users to interrupt backups by triggering a worker initialization error. When create_worker_threads reaches its error path after a non-first mutex or condition-variable initialization failure, ds_compress.cc frees the thread array without unlocking each previously acquired ctrl_mutex. Triggering the flaw requires local access and an initialization failure; MariaDB disputes that the locking bug has adverse security effects.
