Published Oct 17, 2022 · Updated May 14, 2025
SQL injection in Rockwell Automation FactoryTalk VantagePoint 8.0, 8.10, 8.20, 8.30, and 8.31 allows remote authenticated users to execute code. The VantagePoint SQL Server accepts user-entered SQL statements for back-end data retrieval without validating or neutralizing SQL control elements. Basic product privileges and network access to the affected interface are required; successful injection executes code on the server.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
